You do not need to be registered to shop at www.oathgin.com
By registering, you will be entitled to benefits designed especially for you, such as exclusive promotions and a faster checkout process.

Each product page includes tasting notes, production details, alcohol content, and packaging information. Click on the product images to enlarge and view details.
How to Order
To purchase OATH GIN:
1. Select your desired product(s).
2. Add the product(s) to your cart.
3. Click the cart icon in the upper-right corner to proceed to checkout.
4. Enter your shipping and payment information.
5. Review your order and confirm by clicking “Buy.”
You will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Once your order is shipped, you will get an email with a tracking link to monitor delivery progress.
Shipping Policy
Delivery Times
– Monaco & France: 5-7 business days.
– Europe: 7-10 business days.
– Rest of the World: 10-15 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping Costs will be calculated at purchase.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs delays.
Customs Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Refusal of delivery due to unpaid customs duties will result in the order being returned at the customer’s expense. Refunds will be processed minus all shipping and return fees.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Return Conditions
1. Eligibility for Returns:
– Products must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
– The product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
2. Ineligible Products for Returns:
– Opened or partially consumed bottles.
– Products purchased on sale (50% discount or more).
– Personalized or special-edition items.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
1. Email us at hello@oathgin.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
2. Await approval and return instructions from our team.
3. Return the product to the following address:
OATH GIN, 1 rue de la Lujerneta, 98000 Monaco.
Important: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as OATH GIN is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.
– A €15 restocking fee and all original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business daysafter approval.
Right of Withdrawal
EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving their order.
– Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition.
– Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email hello@oathgin.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed as outlined in our refund policy.
Legal Warranty
All OATH GIN products are covered under EU consumer protection laws. If you believe your product is defective, contact us immediately at hello@oathgin.com with details and photos.
Additional Notes
– Final Sale Items: Products sold as final sale or at steep discounts are not eligible for returns.
– Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
