The Process
An innovative vacuum distilled process
Using an innovative vacuum distilled process, O/\TH has captured the soft tones of oats, creating mellow base notes for this unique gin. Our main ingredient, water, is as unique as our family formula. Indeed, according to UNESCO, our naturally filtered spring water is the purest in the world.
Discover the extraordinary taste of O/\TH Gin, where the perfect blend of tradition and innovation creates an incredibly rounded flavor. We combine the time-honored techniques of traditional gin-making with modern distillation technology to craft a gin like no other.
Our process begins with a classic pot still, infusing the essence of juniper berries into our gin. But we don’t stop there. We add a twist by seasoning our juniper base with vacuum-distilled oats and apple peels, resulting in a uniquely balanced gin with delightful floral, spicy, and fruity notes, complemented by a gentle touch of pine.
