Refund policy


Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. 
  • The product must be unopened, sealed, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.  


Ineligible Products for Returns 

  • Opened or partially consumed bottles.
  • Products purchased on sale.
  • Personalized or special-edition items.  

 

Return Process  

To initiate a return:  

  1. Email us at orders@lexir.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable).
  2. Await approval and return instructions from our team.

Important: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as OATH GIN is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

 

Refunds  

Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved by our team.  

  • A €15 restocking fee and all original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business daysafter approval.
