Right of Withdrawal  

EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving their order.  

• Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email hello@oathgin.com with your order details. Refunds will be processed as outlined in our refund policy.

Legal Warranty  

All OATH GIN products are covered under EU consumer protection laws. If you believe your product is defective, contact us immediately at hello@oathgin.com with details and photos.  

Additional Notes  

• Final Sale Items: Products sold as final sale or at discounts are not eligible for returns.
• Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence.
